Saturated Fat is in any Natural food such as meat, fish, eggs, olives, dairy, nuts, seeds, avicados, cacao beans and oil, coconuts and… There is More Saturated Fat in 100gr Virgin Olive Oil then in 100gr of any Plain Meat!
