That is an outright blatant lie.. either that, or you are too inbred to understand the concept of exercise..

The most important factor in any training is intensity.. that applies to everything from aerobic to anaerobic, cardio to weight training.. the harder you work the better the results, but you must also gradually and progressively increase the intensity otherwise you will plateau as your body gets used to the same workout day in day out.

Does 7 miles a day, 30 minutes of weights and 20 minutes on abs sound intense? I do the seven miles of jogging without stopping. No brakes, no water.

aerobic to be more specific...well unless of course if u can only last for 30 secs, which in that case is anerobic. LOL

Hm..?

You mean change your workout..? If you do the same workout over and over again your muscles are going to remember the workout and you will not see good improvement. Your muscles have memory and inorder to avoid plateau'ing you need to shock your muscles with new workouts. Increasing the weight does help for the beggining stages of plateau but after that its usless. Unless.. you want muscles with no movement.. then just go heavier.
