		<description>Of course you need to speed things up 4 aerobic exercise, but the point isn&#039;t always 2 move as fast as possible without control, but 2 move with power/energy. Explosive movements will get you farther than frantic ones. If you can&#039;t go fast without maintaining form/ control, you SHOULDN&#039;T be going fast. Work on your form/technique and gradually speed up. Think of it like piano - if you can&#039;t play a slow song in timing, you&#039;re definitely not going to be able to play the Flight of the Bumblebee.</description>

		<description>Hahaha, I&#039;ve never done P90x. What I am saying is that you need to get back to the basics and build up. As I said before, if you can&#039;t go fast with form, then you shouldn&#039;t be doing it. Start at the speed you can maintain form at, and then gradually increase until you can move with great speed but still with control and proper technique. Any martial artist could tell you that.</description>

		<description>Sorry, proper technique and safety should NEVER be sacrificed for the purpose of convenience. It&#039;s only going to lead to injuries and a LESS effective workout. If you cannot accomplish that within 90 seconds, then the workout should NOT BE 90 seconds. If it has to go for 120 seconds to maintain form and safety, so be it. But these exercises should be completeable within your time frame AND maintain form. It is doable, it is just that you, for whatever reason, are not doing it.</description>

I find it scary that you are a fitness coach. I do not think I am an expert, however proper technique is the FOUNDATION of proper exercise, not an afterthought, and it something very basic that everyone should know, most of all a fitness coach. What training/schooling/qualifications do you have?</description>

Many of the world&#039;s top athletes have less than perfect form at basic movements such as running if you watch them closely, yet it is fine as long as they have control over that range of motion. Compensation is fine as long as you can control it safely.</description>

The purpose is to ramp up the metabolism, not practice our form at slow speeds.</description>
