		<description>no bear is important in our lives and other things to i don&#039;t think i would run 20 miles if i don&#039;t get a bear after that right? you must have your own motivation ;] and so 1 pound of fat is about 7kc and thats about 7 hours of run so  you need lots of bear man ;] haha of course just to cool you down after the run right? hmm</description>
